Questions we get a lot

Everything you need to know before your first campaign. If something is missing, reach out.

Beanie is an AI-powered social listening tool that monitors Reddit for conversations where potential customers describe the exact problems your product solves. It automatically scores each post by intent, surfaces the best matches, and helps you draft a personalised reply with no manual searching required.

No, and it has no way to. Beanie never connects to your Reddit account and has no posting, commenting, or messaging capability at all; it only reads public posts. A Reddit thread is a conversation already happening, where someone describes a problem and asks for a recommendation. Beanie finds that thread and drafts a reply for you to read. You edit it if you like and post it yourself, from your own account, with your connection to the product disclosed. Nothing is published unless you write the final word.

Beanie monitors Reddit, which has thousands of communities where B2B buyers openly describe the problems they are trying to solve. You do not need to select which communities to watch; Beanie builds the keyword and community targeting automatically from your product description.

Every post is graded for buying intent before it reaches you, and off-topic posts are thrown out before grading rather than given a low score. A 6 means someone described the problem but has not asked for help yet, a 7 or 8 means they are actively researching a solution, and a 9 or 10 means a clear buying signal. Every scored post reaches your dashboard, so a quiet dashboard means there was nothing worth showing you, not that something was buried. How scoring works.

Yes. Beanie gives you 10,000 free credits on signup with no credit card required. That is enough to run your first campaign and see real leads before deciding to upgrade. Paid plans start at $28.99/month and differ in how many campaigns you can run at once, from one up to six, along with the monthly credits that come with them.

Credits are charged per qualified lead saved, based on its intent score. A passive match (score 6) costs 300 credits, a strong signal (score 7 to 8) costs 1,000, and a buying intent post (score 9 to 10) costs 1,750. A small scan fee of 1 credit applies to each post processed but not saved, capped at 125 per run. If a campaign finds no leads at all, the run is completely free. The free plan's 10,000 credits are a real taste of the product. The Founder plan's 100,000 monthly credits support continuous always on scanning.

Alert tools ping you every time a word appears, which mostly produces a feed you still have to read. Beanie grades each post for intent before it reaches you, throws out off-topic matches entirely rather than scoring them low, and shows you the reasoning behind every score alongside a draft reply. You get a short list worth reading instead of a stream worth skimming.

Yes. Anything saved in your dashboard can be exported to CSV with one click from the Leads page, so you keep your own records. The export covers the public posts your campaigns matched: the title, the community, a link back to the original thread, the intent score, and the reasoning behind it. It contains no contact details, because Beanie never collects any.

There are two ways to collect, and they work differently. A one-time run searches until it hits a target you set, so a small run of ten leads usually takes a few minutes and larger targets take longer. Leads are saved as they are found, so they appear in your dashboard while the run is still going, and you can pause, resume, or cancel at any point. A run can also finish early with fewer leads than you asked for, either because there are not enough matching conversations to reach your target or because a single run is capped at ten minutes. Either way you keep every lead it found, and starting another run picks up where the last one stopped rather than searching the same posts again. Real-time campaigns work the other way around: instead of one long run, they check for new posts every 3 hours in the background and deliver anything that scores high enough straight to your dashboard, with no target to set and nothing to sit and watch. Leads arrive through the day as people post, and you can stop a campaign at any time.

Beanie is built for small B2B teams (2 to 10 people) and solo founders who sell to people that discuss their problems openly online. It works especially well for SaaS companies, digital agencies, and consultants whose ideal customers seek advice in online communities, which covers most B2B categories.

Create a free account, then describe what you sell in one or two sentences. Beanie uses that description to generate a targeting profile and keyword set automatically. Choose how many leads you want and click "Start collection", and the scan begins immediately. If you would rather Beanie keep watching in the background, "Start real-time campaign" checks for new posts every 3 hours instead. No manual keyword research, no community selection, and no configuration is required.
