Which platforms does Beanie monitor for leads?

Reddit, and only Reddit today. Beanie searches Reddit as a whole rather than watching a list of subreddits, so there are no communities for you to pick and nothing to maintain when your market shifts. The keywords it searches are generated from your product description. Other sources may be added later; nothing else is connected right now.

How does the intent scoring work?

Two AI passes run on every post. The first decides whether the post is relevant to your product at all and discards it outright if not. The second grades how ready to buy the person is, from 6 to 10: 6 is someone describing the problem without asking for help yet, 7 to 8 is someone actively researching a fix, and 9 to 10 is someone asking for a tool or ready to switch. Every post that clears the first pass is scored and reaches your dashboard, so your feed stays signal-rich without anything held back.

Is there a free plan? Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Yes. Beanie gives you 10,000 free credits on signup with no credit card required. That is enough to run your first campaign and see real leads before deciding to upgrade. Paid plans start at $28.99/month and differ in how many campaigns you can run at once, from one up to six, along with the monthly credits that come with them. Your first payment on any plan is half off.

What is a credit and how quickly will I use them?

Credits are charged per qualified lead saved, based on its intent score. A passive match (score 6) costs 300 credits, a strong signal (7-8) costs 1,000, and a buying-intent post (9-10) costs 1,750. A small scan fee of 1 credit applies to each post processed but not saved, capped at 125 per run. If a campaign finds no leads at all, the run is completely free. The free plan's 10,000 credits are a real taste of the product. The Founder plan's 100,000 monthly credits support an always-on campaign that checks every 3 hours.

How is Beanie different from a Reddit keyword alert tool?

Alert tools ping you every time a word appears, which mostly produces a feed you still have to read. Beanie grades each post for intent before it reaches you, throws out off-topic matches entirely rather than scoring them low, and shows you the reasoning behind every score alongside a draft reply. You get a short list worth reading instead of a stream worth skimming.

Can I export my leads?

Yes. Every lead in your dashboard can be exported to CSV with one click from the Leads page. The export includes the post title, community, intent score, collected date, and current pipeline status.

How long does a collection campaign take?

A one-time collection run has a hard ten minute budget and stops there with whatever it has found, so it can never sit spinning. Real-time campaigns work differently: they check every 3 hours, with a five minute budget per check. You can watch progress live from the dashboard, and any run can be paused, resumed, or cancelled at any point.

Yes. Beanie uses row-level security (RLS) so each user can only access their own data. All data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit. No lead data is shared or visible across accounts.

How do I set up my first Beanie campaign?

Create a free account, then describe what you sell in one or two sentences on the campaign setup screen. Beanie uses that description to generate a targeting profile and keyword set automatically. Click Launch campaign, choose how many leads to collect, and the scan starts immediately, with results appearing in the dashboard as they are found rather than all at once at the end. A run stops after ten minutes whatever it has found. No manual keyword research, no community selection, and no configuration is required.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beanie, operated by Nouri Abdelkayoume in Algeria ("we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the beanie-ai.co website and the Beanie platform (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Supplemental policies governing specific features of the Services are incorporated into these Terms by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

1. Our Services

Beanie is an AI-powered social listening platform that monitors public Reddit communities for conversations where potential customers signal buying intent. The platform automatically scores each matching post out of 10 for purchase intent, surfaces qualified leads to your dashboard, and generates context-aware reply drafts for your review.

Beanie does not auto-post. Beanie is read-only: it has no posting, commenting, or messaging capability, it never connects to your Reddit or any other social account, and it never contacts anyone on your behalf. Every reply Beanie generates is a draft. You decide what to publish and where, and you publish it yourself from your own account. You are solely responsible for any content you publish on any third-party platform, including full compliance with that platform's own terms of service.

The Services are available to users who create an account, including a free tier with an initial credit allocation and paid plans with expanded credits and features. Each plan sets two limits: the credits included in each billing period, and the number of campaigns you may run at the same time. Both are shown on our pricing page before you buy, and both apply for as long as that plan is active. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional sales, legal, marketing, or financial advice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property

The Beanie platform, including its code, design, visual elements, brand name, and all content we create, is owned by Beanie and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Services or any component thereof.

Your use of our Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or is harmful to us or any third party.

Your content

Your campaign configurations, product descriptions, lead notes, and pipeline data belong to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Reply drafts generated by Beanie for you are provided as suggestions. We make no claim to authorship of drafts you modify or publish. You bear full responsibility for all content you publish on any platform.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
All registration information you submit is accurate and complete, and you will keep it current;
You will not access the Services using automated means (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent;
You will comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform on which you post content, including any community platform monitored by Beanie;
You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.

If any information you provide is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

Use drafts generated by Beanie in any automated, bulk, or unsolicited messaging of any kind, on any platform;
Publish any draft without reading and approving it first, or publish it anywhere other than a public thread where the topic is already being discussed;
Spam, harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate any person;
Violate the terms of service or acceptable use policies of Reddit or any other platform where you post content;
Circumvent spam detection, rate limiting, or moderation systems on any platform;
Collect personal information about private individuals without their consent;
Use anything surfaced by Beanie to contact a person anywhere other than the public thread it came from, including by direct message, email, SMS, or any other private channel;
Sell, licence, publish, resell, or otherwise make available to any third party the posts, scores, or exports you obtain through the Services, or use them to build, enrich, or supplement a contact list, marketing list, or data product;
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Beanie platform using automated tools;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services;
Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the Services;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems;
Use lead data obtained through the Services to build a product or service that competes with Beanie;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging with leads discovered through Beanie;
Use Beanie's AI drafting to generate unlawful, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content, to impersonate an unaffiliated person, or to pose as a customer you are not;
Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal in Algeria or in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these prohibitions, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.

5. User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow you to add notes, tags, or other annotations to leads in your pipeline. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content;
The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
The content is accurate and does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Contribution License

By submitting notes or other content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not share your lead data, notes, or campaign configurations with other users or third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms;
Take appropriate action against any user who violates these Terms, including restricting or terminating their access;
Refuse, restrict, or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful;
Manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and the proper functioning of the platform.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately, without liability to you.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@beanie-ai.co. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data in our systems for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) remain in full effect after termination.

9. Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credit top-ups are sold and billed through our merchant of record, Suby, a third-party payment provider acting as seller of record and authorized reseller. Suby handles payment processing, billing, tax, and refunds, and is the name that appears on your card statement and on your payment receipt. By subscribing or purchasing credits you also agree to that provider's buyer terms, which are linked at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the free tier.

If your plan changes: when you cancel, downgrade, or your subscription lapses, campaigns already running are not stopped and continue to run. Your new plan's limit applies to starting and restarting campaigns, so if you are running more campaigns than the new plan allows, you cannot start another until the number running is below that limit.

How credits are consumed: Credits are charged when you save a scored lead to your pipeline. The cost varies by intent score: 300 credits for a passive match (score 6), 1,000 credits for a strong signal (score 7–8), and 1,750 credits for a buying intent post (score 9–10). A scan fee of 1 credit applies per post processed but not saved, capped at 125 per campaign run. Campaign runs that surface no leads incur no scan fees.

How credits are purchased: credits can be bought at any time as a top-up, separately from the allocation included with a plan. Paid plans receive bonus credits on top-up purchases at a rate set by the plan, shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay. The rate that applies is the one in effect for your plan at the moment of purchase. It is not applied retroactively to credits already bought, and a later change of plan does not change credits already granted.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits expire upon account termination.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund whenever Beanie does not work as described, and within 14 days a refund of the part you have not consumed. Credits already spent are not refundable, because spending a credit purchases third-party data and AI processing on your behalf at that moment. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any part of the Services at any time and for any reason, without notice. We are not obligated to update information on the Services.

We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or infrastructure issues requiring maintenance, which may result in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability for loss or damage caused by any unavailability or interruption of the Services.

Public data sources monitored by Beanie are third-party services outside our control. We do not guarantee continued access to any specific data source and are not liable if a third party limits or blocks our access to their platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you reside in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections apply in addition to these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@beanie-ai.co. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days of receiving your notice. Most issues are resolved this way.

Courts

If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Algeria, consistent with the governing law above. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim before the courts of your own country of residence, or to complain to a consumer protection or data protection authority there.

13. Corrections

The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

That the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
That leads surfaced will result in sales, conversions, or business outcomes of any kind;
That reply drafts will be suitable for your use case or acceptable on any third-party platform;
That AI-generated reply drafts are accurate, complete, or free of fabrication; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying every draft before you post it;
That the intent scoring system will correctly classify every post;
That public data sources will remain accessible or that their content is accurate or complete;
That the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEANIE OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities;
Loss of leads, data, or content;
Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your actions;
Cost of substitute goods or services;
Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or certain other damages, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beanie and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of or access to the Services;
Your breach of any of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right, privacy right, or platform terms of service;
Any content you post or transmit through the Services or on any third-party platform;
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

17. User Data

We maintain and process data you submit to the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You bear sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@beanie-ai.co.

18. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including emails about your account, billing, service changes, and updates to these Terms. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You agree that clicking to accept, submitting a registration form, or otherwise indicating acceptance electronically constitutes your signature and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beanie regarding the Services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements on the same subject.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Beanie by these Terms or your use of the Services.
